Transaction Review page in the New UX not showing some Actuals (missing for the Last day of the Month)

Issue/Introduction

In Modern/New UX/UI Project>>Financials>>Cost Plan, when you click on Actual amount to open Transaction review page, all transactions are not appearing.

• The actuals posted on the last day of the month will not show up in the Transaction Review page when viewing by month Time Period.
• When you "drill into" the details on the actuals you see it will skip the last day of the time period. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log in to Clarity PPM

2. Create new project

3. Add Team

4. Add Tasks & Assignments

5. Create a timesheet with task created

6. Add & Submit time on for the last day of the month as well as the previous day (ex-May 30 & 31)

7. Approve Timesheet

8. Run Post Timesheets job

9. Run Post to WIP job

10. Run Post Transactions to Financial job

11. Go to project in new UX/Modern New UX

12. Click Financials

13. Create new Cost Plan - Grouping attributes: Resource, Role; Period Type: Monthly.

14. Select 'Actuals' view

15. Click on the Actuals to open the Transaction review page

Expected Results: You will see two transactions with Actuals 

Actual Results: You will only see one transactions with Actuals
