Can't get VSE started after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

The VSE was running fine but after upgrade can't get it to run and seeing the following error- 

2019-06-12 15:33:59,155Z (08:33) [main] ERROR com.itko.lisa.coordinator.VirtualServiceEnvironmentImpl - Unexpected exception during startup.

com.google.common.util.concurrent.UncheckedExecutionException: com.ca.sv.recorder.RecorderInitializationException

at com.google.common.cache.LocalCache$Segment.get(LocalCache.java:2214)

at com.google.common.cache.LocalCache.get(LocalCache.java:4053)

at com.google.common.cache.LocalCache.getOrLoad(LocalCache.java:4057)

 

Environment

Release : All supported releases of DevTest

Component : CA Application Test 

Cause

If any files are corrupted in DevTest_Home/vseRecording/VSE_2013 or DevTest_Home/vsBuilderSessions/VSE_2013 and  DevTest_Home/vseDeploy/VSE_2013 folder causes VSE not to start.

Resolution

. Clear the VSE logs.

. Rename DevTest_Home/vseRecording/VSE_2013 folder

. Rename DevTest_Home/vsBuilderSessions/VSE_2013

. In DevTest_Home/vseDeploy/VSE_2013 folder, keep just the MAR files and .services file and delete the folders.

After doing the above VSE should restart without any issue.
