Issue/Introduction

Unable to log into Spectrum OneClick WebApp (Beta). Error returns unable to login to "https://spectrum:443/spectrum". However, Spectrum OneClick is not configured for SSL.

Cause

Spectrum OneClick was configured to use SSL at one time but then the SSL configuration was removed.

Environment

Release : Spectrum 10.2.3

Component : Spectrum OneClick WebApp (Beta)

Resolution

1. Log into the Spectrum OneClick WebApp Manager using http://<hostname>:9443/spectrum username and password are spectrum

2. Click on the Manage link

3. Click on the "Show Config" link

4. Scroll down and find the "3.1 Launcher Configuration" section

5. In the "Main Arguments" field, change the port value to "80" and the -ssl value to "false"

6. Scroll to the top of the page and click on the Apply button

7. Log out of the Spectrum OneClick WebApp Manager

8. Log into the Spectrum OneClick WebApp (beta)
