Issue/Introduction
There is a column named "Is Escalated" in the Action Items view. What triggers to update the column? What will be displayed when it is updated?
Environment
Release : 15.3
Component : CA PPM APPLICATION ADMIN, STUDIO, XOG & PROCESSES.
Resolution
If no action is done by the due date + grace time period to an action created by a process, a check mark will be displayed in the 'Is Escalated' column of the Action Item list.
