Firmware upload task for Cisco 2900 devices failing in Spectrum OneClick

Release: Any version of Spectrum

Component: Network Configuration Manager (NCM)

Cause

This is a bug on the Cisco device. Reference the following from Cisco:

"From the tests performed, the issue is when the tool is trying to set the operation using the OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.10.1.2.1.1.3 (ciscoFlashCopyProtocol), it is using the option 4, that is the FTP protocol. This is actually not supported at the moment on the platform, as it can be seen on the BUG below:

Resolution

No resolution in Spectrum as it is an issue with the hardware.
