Unable to add devices to certain IP Domain Global Collections in Spectrum OneClick

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to add devices to some IP Domain Global Collections (GC) in Spectrum OneClick, an error occurres "The model does not exist". This happened on some existing GC's. I created a new GC and I am able to add devices to the new GC. 

Environment

Release: Any version of Spectrum integrated with CAPM

Component: Spectrum OneClick

Cause

The device/ip address is already a member of an existing IP Domain Global Collections (GC) in Spectrum OneClick. A model/ip address can only be a member if one IP Domain Global Collections (GC) in Spectrum OneClick.

Resolution

Remove the model from the current IP Domain Global Collections (GC) in Spectrum OneClick and then add it to the new IP Domain Global Collections (GC) in Spectrum OneClick.
