At 9.0.02 Login failure is encountered in a system that is Siteminder integrated with Advanced Authentication. 


In version 9.0.02, the "@" in the username  is url encoded by AA and passed to siteminder. This results in login failure  as  siteminder rejects the user login.  The issue was introduced in version 9.0.02.

Removed URL encoding on the login username.  A hot fix fort his version 9.0.02  issue exists  - patch identified by exists and can be obtained via Broadcom Support.
