Spectrum OneClick WebApp console alarms do not match with the OneClick console alarms

Environment

Release: Spectrum 10.3.2


Component: OneClick WebApp

Resolution

Restart the Spectrum Web Tomcat service.

Windows:

  1. Log into the OneClick system as the user that owns the Spectrum installation
  2. Open the Windows Services view
  3. Stop the SpectrumWebTomcat service
  4. Start the SpectrumWebTomcat service

Linux:

  1. Log into the OneClick system as the user that owns the Spectrum installation
  2. cd to the $SPECROOT/webtomcat/bin directory
  3. Run the "./stopWebTomcat.sh" script
  4. Run the "./startWebTomcat.sh" script
