Spectrum OneClick WebApp console alarms do not match with the OneClick console alarms
Environment
Release: Spectrum 10.3.2
Component: OneClick WebApp
Resolution
Restart the Spectrum Web Tomcat service.
Windows:
- Log into the OneClick system as the user that owns the Spectrum installation
- Open the Windows Services view
- Stop the SpectrumWebTomcat service
- Start the SpectrumWebTomcat service
Linux:
- Log into the OneClick system as the user that owns the Spectrum installation
- cd to the $SPECROOT/webtomcat/bin directory
- Run the "./stopWebTomcat.sh" script
- Run the "./startWebTomcat.sh" script
