Issue/Introduction

When trying to upgrade CA Identity Manager from 14.1 CP06 to 14.1 CP09 the request flow is failing with the below error.

ERROR [com.idmlogic.sigma.workers.ExceptionsHelper] (default task-13) : ErrorCode: 628, ErrorFamily: GENERAL, Message: com.idmlogic.sigma.errorhandling.exceptionObjects.SigmaException: Failed performing approval action.

Upgrade CA Identity Manager from 14.1 CP06 to 14.1 CP09

HF-Case-01346019-20190429_001.tgz.gpg is available on request from CA Technical Support to address this issue. 

Additional Information

HF-Case-01346019-20190429_001.tgz.gpg fixes the approval code allow normal operation.  The patch has a pre-requisite of 14.1 CP9 and should be applied to the Identity Manager application server.
