Endevor Quick Edit panels, the tab key not working correctly

Issue/Introduction

In testing Endevor 18.0.12 Quick Edit, noticed that on panels ENDIE110, when I enter the tab key, it does not take me to the fillable area. For ENDIE110, tab takes me to Scroll and then User Menu, not Environment. 

For ENDIE250, tab takes me to Scroll and then Action Options, not the Element to select.

Resolution

1) On the ISPF Primary Options Menu, go to the ISPF setting :      0 ISPF PARMS - Specify terminal and user parameters  

2) Turn off the ISPF option:     "Tab to point-and-shoot fields"
