Issue/Introduction

The Transparent Login Learn Tool window doesn't open in learn mode.

 

Environment

Release : all versions up to the present one (4.1.6)

Component : PRIVILEGED ACCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

The following Global Policy was preventing the mapping of network resources within the RDP sessions. Mapping is a requirement for Transparent Login to work, as it needs to pick up the files from a network share.

GPO setting:
Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Remote Desktop Services\Remote Desktop Session Host\Device and Resource Redirection

Do not allow drive redirection: Disabled
