ASA agent not getting user principle with smsession genrated by jwt token

Issue/Introduction

Using  layer 7  Gate way we are generating  JWT token which  submitted to  siteminder  to generate the  smsession .

When the  application  redirect to weblogic  the asa agent  running  on the weblogic is not  able to get the user principle using the smsession .If we go regular path ( login with  form authentication and  going to same weblogic instance the ASA agent is able to get the user principle 

I am seeing an error in  weblogic logs  saying   invalidating  session and redirecting to  signout.html
