OPS1966E --- The OPSCTL verb parameter must be specified

Environment

Release : 13.5

Resolution

A hidden character in the user REXX was causing the syntax errors.

To find the character causing the problem use the HEX ON command.

A work around is to create a new REXX program from scratch.
