In log TRC_CF_CF_FTPLUGIN_*.LOG of a Scalability Server following error like this appears :
"ERROR | Server - Failed to open file C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\DSM\ServerDB\SECTOR\\COLLECT\00000001\"
Client Automation - All versions
cfftplugin has received a file transfer request from one AM Agent but the filename is empty.
This error indicates a CAM communication problem between AM Agent and Scalability Server. (network problem, timeout etc...)
Use ping, camping and caf ping commands to check the network connectivity from agent to scalability server and from scalability server to agent.
From Agent :
ping ssname
camping ssname
camping -s 2048 ssname
camping -s 4096 ssname
camping -s 8192 ssname
caf ping ssname
From Scalaiblity Server:
ping agentname
camping agentname
camping -s 2048 agentname
camping -s 4096 agentname
