Issue/Introduction

As an "Approver", how can I view the “Approval history”  in the CA Identity Portal, for example, after viewing approved or rejected events?

Resolution

CA Identity Portal has the ability to search for historical approvals. This feature enables users to view approvals that they already attended. To enable this feature, the user needs to check the "search in tasks archive". Once that feature is enabled the user will also be able to search by action.

Click on the tabs module and then on the small arrow in the search box to enable advance search results:

Click on the 'Search in' to bring historical data and make sure the 'Action' combo box is set to approve or reject:
