What is the record layout for bypass attributes in the TSSCFILE Record id 0800?

The TSSCFILE record for bypass attributes is 0800 and the output fields are positional.

So for example a user only has the NOSUSPEND attribute.

You will see NOSUSPEN (we only report 8 characters) will be to the far right of the output line with lots of blank space between.
