CADT103E when tape job ends in a static partition

We just converted one of our systems from z/VSE 4.3 to z/VSE 6.2.  We are on Dynam 7.1.

When we run tape jobs in a dynamic partition, it runs fine.

In a static partition, we get the CADT103E message and the tape drive remains attached to the guest.

We are running under z/VM and using the DYNVM feature.

Resolution

This can be resolved by:

1. Apply PTF RO51952 (for Dynam/VSE). 

2. There must be at least 10K of permanent PFIX for each partition that invokes the  Dynam/T VM interface.
