CA PIM all versions: selang failed on setting warning to TERMINAL

Issue/Introduction

If setting warning to termnal rule for the server but failed to log into selang and denied audit log was recorded.
It works fine by adding write permission to the user.

Environment

Release : 12.8 SP1

Component : CA ControlMinder - Unix

Resolution

On Unix, admin login is not allowed in warning mode.

This is working as designed.
