Issue/Introduction
We would like to modify the OOTB error message from the following error below.
CAL-06039: Action Item Status cannot be updated because process instance is closed.
Environment
Release: All supported releases
Resolution
- Unfortunately at this time there is no way to modify those messages. You could use our ideation process to create an enhancement.
- One of the reason behind these error messages is when the process is old, and the notification is still there.
- The recommendation would be to check on the jobs:
Delete process Instance
And
Purge Notifications
- Make sure you schedule them to run in a correlated way to get some consistency.
