CA Application Performance Management Agent (APM / Wily / Introscope) INTROSCOPE

Issue/Introduction

Trying to download DX APM 10.7 SP3 install package from CA Broadcom Support Online under Download Management. 
Keep getting this message:

Unable to save file:
"Please try again to save to a different location"
Retry           Cancel

Cause

This is likely to be an environment / system problem due to the following:

1. OS and platform Related
2. Any latest security patches applied, preventing to save the file.
3. Insufficient space on the drive.
4. Related to folder or directory permission / rights.
5. Internet Browser cache

Resolution

Review the following items:

1. Check for any Network, OS and platform settings to fit your company security able to access ftp external links. 
2. Check if any latest security patches applied, preventing to save the file.
3. Insufficient space on the drive.
