GSVX301E Command 'QW' not found or contains invalid syntax

Issue/Introduction

QUICKREF load library is APF authorized and in LINKLIST. 

The error message is: 
GSVX301E Command 'QW' not found or contains invalid syntax.

Resolution

The QUICKREF command, SDCQW, was in a SDC Site 3 Table.
Changing CNM4BPRM(XISPQWRF) to: SELECT CMD(%SDCQW PRM('&ZPARM')) NEWAPPL(QWIK) MODE(FSCR)
With the QUICKREF loadlib in LINKLIST, the command now works in SYSVIEW.
