Message error in VNM.OUT - The xml does not comply to the expected grammar

Issue/Introduction

The following error message is logged in the VNM.OUT file:

mar 20 14:35:49 ERROR TRACE at SearchUtil.cc(366): Error: null data near '<prompt-value>'.  The xml does not comply to the expected grammar
mar 20 14:35:49 ERROR TRACE at SearchParser.cc(173): 
Parsing Failed near line 5, Error Message is:
"Error: null data near '<prompt-value>'.  The xml does not comply to the expected grammar"
mar 20 14:35:49 ERROR TRACE at SearchParser.cc(181): XML was:
<search-criteria>

CA Spectrum 10.3.2

CA Spectrum 10.4

Resolution

Please contact Broadcom support and request the Spectrum_10.03.02.PTF_10.3.209 PTF patch or apply the 10.3.2_BMP_10.3.201 Bi-Monthly Patch on CA Spectrum 10.3.2.

Request the  Spectrum_10.04.00.PTF_10.4.001 to install on DX Spectrum 10.4.0
