CA Web Viewer 12.1 Issues creating column headers in export

Issue/Introduction

When creating a rule and exporting a report to an Excel document, the headers in some columns are on the wrong column. Some of the headers of the columns are shown in the "column name" for a different column. This cannot be fixed by editing the header names.

Environment

CA OM Web Viewer Build 198 or lower.
Microsoft Excel
