A change was made to the Top Secret environment to share one security file (and keyring)  between all LPARs.
Will each CEMETOM STC running on their respective LPAR be able to share the one Keyring by specifying a unique
certificate within the keyring for uniqueness?

Component: CEVM

The CEMETOM STC can not explicitly specify a certificate, only the keyring name, and with the one keyring name
being shared between the LPARS, it will be necessary to create unique keyring names for each LPAR to be used
by the respective CEMETOM task.
