Is it possible to disable the records registered in the activity log when a property for a category is changed?
Environment
Service Desk 14.1 or higher
Resolution
Out of the box you cannot disable the activity log records when a property for a category are changed, since it is not controlled in the GUI, as it is hardcoded. It can be set to be internal only in the Activity Notification so end users don't see this kind of information.
