11.5 Web Viewer (DVWeb) - Certificate expiration

Issue/Introduction

A Certificate is Expiring for WEB VIEWER on 5/17-it is not clear whether a new certificate is issued by CA or what if anything CA provides from Web Viewer like a LMP key. Please advise as it expires on 5/17.

Resolution

looks like it's just the personal certificate that they had to swap out. So as long as the issuing CA certificate is consistent, they shouldn't need to change anything else.

Additional Information

This was not a license (ALP or LMP Key) as the customer originally thought, but a security certificate for the SSL/TLS connection.
