Uproc remains in Event Wait status even when the remote event is present

Issue/Introduction

An imported uproc with a remote dependency remained in Event Wait status even when the remote event was present.
The conditioned Uproc is not present in the list of Uprocs.

 

Environment

Dollar Universe 6

Cause

Because the conditioning uproc was not defined locally, the conditioned uproc was waiting for the processing date event which was incorrect.

Resolution

If the conditioning uproc is not defined, the conditioned uproc goes into a Refused status (processing date cannot be computed).
