Is there a utility that would restore a specific report/job, including date range, from archive back into online viewing?

Title: ADD REPORT/JOBNAME SELECTION TO BATCH EXTRACT UTILITY

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                                    
New functionality to DSEXBDE/DSEXBDEL utility batch jobs.               
The Batch Extract Request utility DSEXBDE or DSEXBDEL allows users      
to select and schedule ranges of archived reports for archive           
retrieval, or extract, using the FROMDATE and TODATE and RECIPIENT input
parameters. New RPTNAME and JOBNAME input parameters have been          
added to allow clients the ability to select and schedule reports       
for retrieval based upon a report and or job name combination.          
Report and or job name masking using the '*' masking character is       
also supported.                                                         
                                                                        
SYMPTOMS:                                                               
New functionality.                                                      
                                                                        
IMPACT:                                                                 
Users, utilizing the new RPTNAME and JOBNAME parameters, will now       
be able to select and build extract requests for specific reports       
and or Job name combinations.
