Duplicate MCS database entries have been detected error message when upgrading KB000094159 says it is safe

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to upgrade our environment up to 8.51 and will then upgrade to 9.0.2 so we are back in supported versions but when the database preparation is run the above error message is generated. There is only one profile in the database and when we run the MSSQL query in this KB - https://comm.support.ca.com/kb/duplicate-mcs-profile-detected/kb000094159 we get It is safe to upgrade to UIM 8.51

• v7.0.0.0 of sqljdbc_auth.dll was present in the windows\system32 folder
• This version was not compatible with the UIM database
• deleting the file from windows\system32 allows the install to succeed as it used the version in the ...\Nimsoft\lib folder
