AE not starting after moving to a new server

Issue/Introduction

After moving to a new server the CP and WP processes don't start. 

The log files contains the following information:

Error: 
U00005133 Component 'WP' out of date. Please update 

The indicated binaries version is: 
U00003400 Server 'AWA#WP' version '12.2.2+build.1549040599937' (changelist '1549018577') started. 

The indicated DB schema version is: 
20190522/091638.153 - U00003621 Version of Automation Engine database objects: '12.2.2+hf.2.build.1553085456786'

Cause

CP/WP and DB versions not aligned

Resolution

Align the binary version to that version of the DB schema.
