UMP Upgrade fails with message: Some of the probes specified were not responsive

Issue/Introduction

On UIM upgrade from 9.02 to 9.1.0, when try to the UMP receives message at [Verify Probes] windows:
 

Some of the probes specified were not responsive. Ensure that the probe locations are correct and the probes are active

Note: Probes that denote problem will be highlighted with on a red box.

Resolution

On each field should specify the location of each respective component in the next format /[DOMAIN]/[HUB]/[ROBOT]/[PROBE_NAME]

As an Example: - For ADE ( automated_deployment_engine probe )

should specify /[DOMAIN]/[HUB]/[ADE_ROBOT]/automated_deployment_engine

Where should replace [DOMAIN] , [HUB] and [ADE_ROBOT] string by the values that corresponds

Note: It is required that probes configured be active when upgrading UMP.
