What can be done to resolve Mainframe Application Tuner 10.0 PMA Task Abend S0C1 and Orphaned GDG messages?

What is being done differently in MAT V10 in respect to this, as MAT v9 worked?

Looked at the JES3 manual and the SVC99 and I see a volume name for dynamic allocation.

This name was used in the PMA Spool and generated jobs for PMA to monitor.  This time there is the GDG allocate and catalog and the PMA server did not abend.
