Database Not Available in CSA

We are trying to connect CSA to another database server and it states Unavailable.
When we tried with Oracle client, error message was: ORA-12154 - TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified
Release: CODFSS99000-15.2-PPM SAAS FedRAMP-Sandbox-Small Environment
Issue was due to a firewall configuration, the system admin made a change in the firewall and the issue was resolved
