Issue/Introduction

You are trying to connect CSA to another database server and it states Unavailable.

When you try with Oracle client, error message was: ORA-12154 - TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

Check your firewall configuration to ensure the database ports are open and allowed for TCP traffic
