Data collector stays in upgrading status

Issue/Introduction

Data collector stays in upgrading status. Can stop/start and retry, but stays in upgrading and never upgrades.

/opt/IMDataCollector/upgrade/upgrade.log shows "upgrade completed"

/opt/IMDataCollector/upgrade/upgrade.log warns that there is not sufficient space in /tmp but there is more than 100 GB free

Environment

Upgrading from 3.6 to 3.7, data collector running as root user, not sudo user

Resolution

Move the following file out of upgrade directory:

/opt/IMDataCollector/upgrade/custom

Retry upgrade after restarting dcmd and activemq services.
