First data set in stacked set is TLMS Dummy

Issue/Introduction

The user is running a new unload and he reports that the first dataset on his stacked tape is replaced with a dummy dataset and his first dataset is not there.

Resolution

I have heard back from IBM, they have found that they have a coding error and are working on APAR's to correct the issue. Just FYI, the fixes will be PH12190 and PH12191.
