Using the HardCopy function in an e2e_appmon probe script generates screen dump images with different resolutions when executed on virtual Windows systems that were created from the same virtual image. This explains why the same script with uses some Optical Character Recognition functions don't work on both systems.
When using an RDP connection to both Windows systems, the resolutions are identical.
The e2e_appmon probe scripts run at the console level. When accessing the 2 systems from a utility like VNCViewer, the differences in resolution at the console level that are seen in the screen dump images captured by the HardCopy function are also observed.
