Unable to start Endevor Web Services JVM

Issue/Introduction

Unable to start Endevor V18.0.12 Web Services, the STC log shows the following error:

Environment

Endevor Web Services V18.0.12

Resolution

UID that starts STC is defined incorrectly (missing the valid HOME directory). 

Once site fixed the UID setting, Web Services start running.
