If a Robot let's say 'R' is initially reporting to Hub 'H1' then Qos data and Alarms sends to H1 Hub. Let's imagine there is a connection loss in above path then it will pass data to another Hub Let's say H2 where it's connection is fine but Robot entry still leaving in H1 in red though it is reporting fine in green to H2 Hub. Because of this it is generating Robot inactive alarm on H1 though it is reporting fine to H2 which is creating unnecessary noise of alarms.
