Dashboard Designer - Cannot generate dashboard PDF using Chrome

Issue/Introduction
I created dashboard using Dashboard Designer. I am trying to generate PDF but nothing is happening when I click the icon. I am currently using Chrome.

Resolution
Make sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups so they are not being blocked and try again.
Assuming you also have access to the Dashboard Designer without restriction.
Note that currently the product is designed to only provide a screenshot of dashboards in PDF formtat and cannot be changed.
When the PDF is generated for a dashboard, it runs the dashboard in the backend in a headless browser. Since we allow the user to place widgets anywhere on the canvas and size them there, it has to be just a screenshot of the dashboard. You can always hover to display values and take a manual screenshot if necessary.
If you would need this feature added to the product the best way is to raise an idea into our UIM community and describe in detail your requirements.
