Using E (edit) command in 4.11.2 brings Policy Manager

Issue/Introduction

When using the E - Edit line command against a resource in the OPSVIEW panel 4.11.2 bring the Policy Manager editor instead of the SSM Resource Editor.

Cause

This is the correct behavior when using SSMVERSION 3.

Resolution

With SSMVERSION 3 Policy Manager should be used to edit the resource table. The L (Load) function can be used later to move the modifications to the resource table.
The traditional Resource Editor application can still be accessed by visiting the panel 4.11.U.R
