UVC Webconsole: unissl script not using specified Java

Issue/Introduction

The unissl script delivered with the Univiewer Webconsole failed in case the JAVA_HOME variable was not set correctly, even though the script would request user to specify Java path. 

Environment

Univiewer Webconsole 6.x

Cause

Wrong Java Path was used in the unissl script delivered with Univiewer WebConsole.

Resolution

Variable JAVAEXE is now used instead of JAVA_HOME in the Webconsole's unissl script.

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
