Manager for zOS: Time Zone variable ignored

Issue/Introduction

The Time Zone node setting is ignored by the Manager for z/OS.
The Log Timestamp in the sysout is not correct as it does not reflect the correct Time Zone offset.

Cause

This issue was introduced on Manager for z/OS 6.7.21.

Resolution

Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
