Getting this Endevor message Proc Group not Defined

Issue/Introduction

When trying to Create or edit a existing element in Quick Edit, get the short message at the top right Proc Group not Defined+
Pressing PF#1 to get the long message, get: ENDE008E The Processor Group specified is not defined

How can we add a new processor group?

Environment

All Supported versions of Endevor

Resolution

To add a new processor group do the following:

1) Go to native Endevor (TSO ISPF Endevor) for that Environment. 
2) select option 4 ENVIRONMENT 
3) select option 6 PROCESSOR GROUP 
4) enter the ENVIRONMENT/SYSTEM/TYPE/STAGE 
5) Enter option C to create a processor group.
