Issue/Introduction

The value 000:00:00 (null) of the retention delay for Reporter data and data after extraction will result in overloading the IO server. (HR)

The value 000:00:00 (null) of the retention delay for Audit Trail data and data after extraction will result in overloading the IO server. (AT)

./unisetvar <AREA>_O_PURGE_AUDIT_TRAIL_RETENTION_GLOBAL 000:00:00

Cause

AT and HR Retention Purge settings set to 0  cause an infinite loop as it will be triggered continuously.

Resolution

Retention settings for HR and AT should be increased to a higher value like 001:00:00 at the very least so that these purges do not run continuously.

Documentation has been updated in version 6.10.01 so that the recommended settings are displayed.
