Issue/Introduction
In the applications tab of the Acces Tree, a user can select which applications to request. It has a plus and minus icons. The minus icon, used for removal request, exists also for applications which the user does not have at the moment.
How to remove the minus icon from applications the user does not currently have in the Applications tab in the Access Tree?

Identity Portal 14.x
Resolution
Open the Admin UI of Identity Portal, click on Setup, then 'Gui Configuration', then under 'User Related', 'General Info' set 'strict_cart_mode' to true and restart the application server.
