Issue/Introduction

After explore and correlate against an endpoint, the expected user did not get created in either the Provisioning Store or the IM user directory.

Cause

There were no accounts for the expected user in the OU that was explored.

Resolution

Be sure the endpoint OU you explore contains the account that can be explored and correlated. If there is no account, the wrong endpoint, or the wrong OU within the endpoint you may not receive the expected results.
