Portal v3.5 CR09 Dashboard: My Profile cannot be saved in IE 9

In Dashboard, update of "My Profile" is not saved by IE 9. But IE 11 and other browsers such as FireFox do not have such problem.

Note: If using compatible mode in IE 9, the problem is not observed.

-Reproduction Steps
1. start IE 9.
2. login to Portal as admin.
3. in Dashboard, click Gear button of ”MY PROFILE”.
4. change the values of "Email Address" and “Last Name” .
5. click Save button. (/ajax/sessiontimedout/)
Result: the values are not saved.

-Desired Behavior
The update should be saved, and the message “Your profile has been updated” should be present.
