Function 2.3.1 does not show all CSIs in CA AUDITOR

Issue/Introduction
Function 2.3.1 (Display cataloged global CSI data sets on system) returns a list of CSIs.
However, many more do not show up on the list that do fit the masking pattern used (-.CSI.)

Resolution
The only CSIs that will show up in the function 2.3.1 report are:
(1.) those that are not ARCHIV, ARCIVE, or MIGRAT
(2.) those that SMP/E has determined the type of CSI is GLOBAL
