Thousands of event 0x6760001 (AP migration event) on Aruba WLC

Issue/Introduction

When reviewing the events on Aruba controllers, thousands of event 0x6760001 are seen:

Access Point "{S 1}" has migrated from WLC "{S 2}" to WLC "{S 3}"

Access Point Mac Address = {X 4}

Cause

Unsupported configuration

Resolution

The AP are connected to two Aruba Wireless Lan Controllers in which both WLC are in active/active mode in a cluster.  Spectrum does not support this configuration.  The Aruba WLC must be configured in Active/Passive standalone mode.
