Specific information about High Performance FICON is found in the channel and cache control unit and cache volume activity files: (HARPCA, HARCCU and HARCVA). 

You can also edit sp.GENLIB(RMFGENIN), and search for 'zHPF'. You will see quite a few data elements specific to high performance ficon with zHPF in the data element label in the files HARCCU, HARCVA, and HARPCA.
